Javanaga is a window to simple, little things in the everyday life of people on the island of Java. We catch the subtle, seemingly mundane, things  prevalent in Javanese cultures to reflect their significance in communal, familial as well as individual relations.

Javanaga tells its stories mostly through photo-essays, light-hearted narratives which include anecdotes, local proverbs, and oral-tradition folklores. The charm lies in the little things Javanese.
